Downhilling Around Boise, ID

My good friend recently convinced me to start doing shuttle runs with him in the foothills this year. The first few times were a bit sketchy but now I’m starting to get the hang of it. I definitely appreciate the 5-6inches of travel, huge rotors and protective gear that my buddy has loaned me. Riding a cross-country bike with 3in of travel, tiny brakes, a seat post nearly maxed out and a measly helmet can make any steep section intimidating.

Anyways, I took the camera out on a ride to try and capture some of the scene. It’s definitely something that I’ll look forward to doing throughout the rest of the summer.
